PayTM review: Fraudulent payment

I recently made a payment from my Paytm wallet that turned out to be fraudulent. The transaction details are as follows:

- Amount: ₹3186
- Date and time: December 23, 2025
- Transaction ID: T2512231255043748512968
- Recipient's Paytm ID/QR:

I request you to please investigate this transaction and, if possible, freeze the recipient's wallet to prevent further fraud. I would also like to know if there is any possibility of getting the amount back. Partial payments were made as per the fraudster's demands: ₹300 payment at 12:28 pm (Transaction ID: T2512231228398149378672) and ₹899 payment at 12:42 pm (Transaction ID: T2512231228398149378672) and ₹1987 payment at 12:55 pm (Transaction ID:T2512231255043748512968)

I have attached all relevant screenshots and evidence related to the fraud, including my chat with the fraudster and the QR code used.

Please guide me on the next steps and any additional information I may need.
