I never received my order
I ordered matching outfits for my daughter and myself and I have been waiting over 20 days to receive them. I have called 3 separate times and have replied to two separate emails. I tried to cancel my order and they wouldn't cancel it. They are not refunding my credit card! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...they seem like they are scammers. I had to contact my bank to get a refund.

I did not receive what I ordered
I made a patpat order about a month ago when I received my items I realized they were not the correct size! I tried contacting patpat customer service and they did not help me with this issue i am extremely disappointed ! I ordered a size 3 dress for my 2 year old when I received the dress it fight her right and poked her little tummy. My second item I ordered was a 18 month suit which o received a 4 t it was ridiculous
undelivered order
I've been waiting for my PatPat shoe order for over a month. I've tried everything to get in touch with customer service for an explanation, update, or a refund. I've never been able to speak directly with a customer service representative because I get the voicemail system when I call. I've emailed customer service and Ms. Allen was unhelpful and rude. She did not help me resolve my issue and she did not reply to my most recent email. My order number is #786040 and my name is Kristin Owens. I will be contacting the BBB if this issue is not resolved soon. I'm very unhappy about this and I would like help please! My email address is [removed] and my number is [removed]. I'm going through the same thing, I have an email string of customer service saying there fixing the issue and will get back to me, then I hear nothing for days. I ordered my 8 year old daughter shoes on April 17th and yet to get an answer about where my order is or if I can get a refund. Completely unprofessional and I will never promote there business practices.

I ordered a dress from this website PatPat and I was expecting to receive it till Christmas. It was a dress for a Christmas party and my daughter was really excited about that. Dress did not show up and I have no idea where it is. Customer service is unreliable and they do not reply to my messages. I tried to reach them via phone but they did not pick up. Something strange is going on and I want to know when will I get my order. I hope I'll get it as soon as possible but something tells me that I'll never get it. Buyers beware!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I have ordered a Barbie skirt and top set but I have received only skirt kindly resend the missing item asap

I needed an address changed and they have not called me or responded I have email called and I'm going to have to cancel the order if they do not make things right
I ordered on 26 th January, on 4th February they could not handed over to the courier company and pickup was failed, on 6th February my shipment was locked, and they do not unlock my shipment.
I have made a payment but the order is still showing as pending payment. Not able to do anything on the Patpat app about this. Need this resolved ASAP.

I ordered on November 30th 2019 and still not received my shipment .I have send mail and WhatsApp messages .no respond at all. Order number is 6075452. When I track my order it showing shipped for more than 2 weeks. As per the website order receiving time is maximum 10 days. Now it's more than that.plesse confirm
