The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

ParetoLogic DriverCure will not accept the product key ParetoLogic provides
They have no phone number, and seem to respond via email, but so far without
success of any kind. Attempts to reload their software result in repeated refusal
of the product key. They say they are Microsoft partner. Probably true.

It is quite possible that you had downloaded an older version and the Drivercure registration key they provided is for a newer version. Why not download DriverCure once again because old DriverCure versions does not accept new version key. Here is a genuine download link: http://www.fixpcfreeze.com
