I bought a package last year from Iobit. On July 9th they made an authorized charge on my card. I checked my settings and I had the autorenewal turned off.

I contacted them and asked them about the charge and they said that they did not have any information about my account. I did include my license Id and other information that they could of used to look up my account.

On 5/8/2023, I upgraded to Advanced system care Pro at a cost of $23.52 and received a confirmation notice on my credit card.

I received a license code but a verification code was NOT Provided to install the product.

I believe the license code was 475cd-7bba4-ge7a7-98de1 but i may be mistaken. I know I did not receive validation code to install thproduct.

Although I can install the product on UP TO 3 computers, you can confirm that the PRO has not been installed on any computer.

I am 72 years old and NOT a techie. Please email me the complete info so that I can install the product OR send me the refund amount of $23,52.

Yesterday 10/5/23 I had to reinstall system care ultimate on a new pc because my other pc stopped working and I had to get rid of it.

On reinstalling the software it switched to the shareware version, could you please allow my Reg.no. 217DD-80B28-447BC-1EAD6 to let me use it properly,

not the free one ,my license is valid till December 23

I am a recent user of this software and ever since its install my computer runs slower or not at all. I am constantly barraged with promises of better performance if I upgrade. It keeps messaging while I am trying to do work. I downloaded the free version, and then paid for the yearly basic subscription. This company is either a scam or a downright thief. I am tired of getting five minutes of good computer use and then an inoperable computer blasting me to upgrade for better performance.

I TRIED TO Update SMART DEFRAG ON 4/26/2023 AND NORTON WOULD NOT LET ME INSTALL IT. HERE IS A COPY OF THE INFO NORTON SENT TO ME.

I purchased Advanced System Care 16 Pro on March 11th and have not received the activation code. My Paddle order number is [protected]-[protected] for $19.99.

I also purchased Driver Booster 10 on March 11th and have not received the activation code. My Paddle order number is [protected]-[protected]. It was a 30-day free trial and then charge the annual rate. I have canceled the subscription since I have not received the activation code. Hopefully after 30 days there will not be a charge in my Pay Pal.

What is up with taking my money and then not giving the activation codes?

What is the activation code for the Advanced System Care 16 or will you refund my money?

I have purchased and cannot install the following software. The Activation numbers and links do not work: Malware figther 10 pro, Samrt defrag Pro, Uninstaller pro, Smart Defrag pro,Driver Booster P)ro, software updater Pro, Advanced Systen CARE Pro-- the links and the activation codes do not work.

I see that I'm not alone here. I'm complaining about my recent purchase of Uninstaller. I loke the product, and I've been using iObit for years because of it quality. However, I recently paid for an installation of Uninstaller and noticed the company charged me for it twice. Yet, when I checked the "Manage Subscriptions" page on one of their websites, it page told me I had no iObit products. I tried a week later, and found the same result. So how do I delete the extra subscription. All I get is "Go to the Manage Subscriptions page" Which tells me I have none of your products installed. Then why did my credit card statement tell me iObit charged me twice for the same subscription. Their customer service is terrible! Please please, please can someone tell me how to get rid of the unwanted subscription? I've had these kinds of problems with iObit for years. And judging from reading your complaints page, a lot of other folks have had the same kinds of problems, now and for years in the past. Thanks for your help!

I have been a recurring customer for many years and have always had problems with the use and purchase of your products. Either fix this or I will no longer order your products. Many times I have been billed for the same produ0cts more than once a year.

I have to many License Keys and registration codes for the same program. You can purchase a program and it said it was expired and you have to renew it. So you renew it again. What a mess! Since you do not a have customer phone support number, I'll try to reach you this way. I am trying to remove Search goose malware from my firefox browser (permanently). I have run a full Care scan with all check marked boxes and afterwards a Quick virus scan. So far no luck. Will the full virus scan remove this? Other competitors of yours tout that they can remove it.

Smart Defrag 8 Pro in no way does a deep defragmentation. I can run the program back-to-back times only to find there are more fragmented files and thousands of defragment fragments. This is not deep defragmenting as I understand what deep defragging implies. Please explain how you can claim Smart Defrag 8 Pro does deep defragmenting when I can keep running Smart Defrag 8 Pro back-to-back only for Smart Defrag 8 Pro to find hundreds of more fragmented files and thousands of defragmented fragments.

i have had advanced system care 15 for the past year . I was attempting to re-new the service , i have paid in my credit card twice (! ) now on this date , while trying to re-new .. It seems that my code (0d282-a92bc-2db3f-286c6 ) is invalid . I have attempted to provide what information is required , but cannot access without a valid code , which has not been sent . I would like a refund of my monies spent on trying to renew .

I have been using IOBIT'S products for several years, no problem;but last month the DRIVER UPDATER stopped working properly so I filed a support ticket on the IOBIT website as instructed and still have not recieved any support or even acknowledgement of how to get it working again;in fact I filed several support tickets. There is no phone number to contact a live person for support either. It's been a month of filing several tickets but still no reply.

could anyone explain me the difference, respective why sale at lower offered price is not püossible.

On 17th May, my credit card was debited with £23.48 for the purchase of Advanced System Care. Thus I cannot contact iobit either for a refund for these.

I therefore uninstalled ASC hoping someone would ask why? D or to chase up my license and verification code as all online inquiries ask for this information.

What is a customer supposed to do?

I intend to ask for a refund as this company seems to be so unreliable and

Indifferent to customer needs.

My complaint therefore is I cannot get in touch with a live person to help in this situation.

Unfortunately this software does not work as intended for me.As far as i was aware i cancelled my subscription,yet i have been charged sporadically through paypal for this software under 'Fastsprings BV'. This name shows up for plenty of legitimate purchases hence why it has gone unnoticed for so long.I cancelled in 2020.I hope the company can refund me in good faith.
