Paramount Heating & Air

This company is the worst! I've been trying to get an invoice for like 8 months now just to figure out what I bought. I've called them so many times and they still haven't given me what I need. All I want to know is what I bought and how to get new filters. If I ever use them again, I'm definitely gonna ask more questions. They were recommended by my home warranty company, but I think it's all just a big scam. They put in some flimsy "flexible" hose instead of a real metal one!

I had maintenance done on my furnace and air conditioning by Paramount Heating & Air. The technician, Andrew, did something to my furnace and when he left, it started blowing cold air on the heat setting. I called the company and they sent him back out. He just set the thermostat on emergency heat instead of fixing the problem. I have tried to contact them through calls, texts, and emails, but I haven't received a response. I want my furnace to work like it did before Andrew broke it. I paid for maintenance on a three-year-old furnace and now it's broken when there was nothing wrong with it.

Had a bad time with Paramount Heating & Air. The first guy didn't hear me when I asked him to check before buying a part. The second guy came and saw that the wrong part was bought, but he did a good job and fixed my AC. The office took my check on the day of service and then took the same amount from my account without asking me. It was over $1k, so it was a big problem. When I called them today, they said "Yeah, we saw that, sorry. We'll send you a check."

So, we had a problem with our AC and called Paramount after Arrow let us down. They came and said everything was fine, but two weeks later the same issue came up. This time, Paramount found the problem and said it would cost $1200 to replace the evaporator coil. We agreed to this and on installation day, it only took 2.5 hours. However, we were charged $480/hour for labor, which is a total ripoff. The part was under warranty, so we should not have been charged so much for labor. The install manager was not helpful and the owner did not want to reconcile. I have the receipts to prove it. I cannot recommend this company.
