I ain't gonna lie, South Fraser Heating and Cooling Ltd. ain't worth even one star. They couldn't even finish the job they were supposed to do and what little they did was straight up garbage. When I called them out on their BS, they tried to blame us for asking them to do something that didn't meet code, but it was actually their own employees who suggested it and we said no way. I work in construction and have built a few houses, and let me tell you, these guys are the worst of the worst. They got no professionalism, no customer service skills, and no clue how to do their job. And the fact that they tried to turn their incompetence around on us is just ridiculous. If there was a way to report these clowns for being total hacks, I would do it in a heartbeat.

South Fraser Heating and Cooling I called South Fraser Heating and Cooling Ltd

I called South Fraser Heating and Cooling Ltd. to fix my mini split AC system that wasn't cooling. The service tech came and offered me three service packages for $499, $999, and $1499 with a one-year guarantee. I chose the $1500 package. The tech finished the job while I was at work, but the AC still didn't work, and he asked for payment. He said he would order parts, but when I called them a week later, they said they couldn't get the parts, and it was my responsibility now. The lead tech, Tyler, admitted that the service tech should have done a diagnostic first. I wasn't happy, so I asked about replacing the unit, and Tyler offered me a replacement for $9800 with a $1000 credit. The price seemed high, so I got two other quotes from other HVAC companies for $5300 and $5500! I uploaded a recent quote for the system as evidence. I asked for a partial refund, but they ignored my emails. I think my request is fair, and I want $1000 refunded.

South Fraser Heating and Cooling Me and my partner had the same experience as the previous reviewer with South Fraser Heating

Me and my partner had the same experience as the previous reviewer with South Fraser Heating. We got a new furnace from them in January and noticed that the fan speeds weren't changing a few days after installation. We talked to Jim L, the manager, and Tyler, the installation manager, who didn't agree with us but told us to wait a week and then contact them again. Nothing changed, so Tyler came to check it out and found out that the thermostat was wired wrong. Later on, we had problems with the thermostat and temperature readings, and Jim was slow to respond. We contacted *** and the manager was surprised at the lack of communication from Jim. After that, Jim finally called us back and installed a new thermostat. On 11th October, our hot water tank failed, and we contacted Jim for a new one. It was installed on 15th October, but our kitchen tap got blocked right after. Tyler was rude to my husband and said it was our fault, but we fixed it ourselves. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from South Fraser Heating and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Don't use this company!
