performed my HVAC fall tune-up yesterday. He was courteous, efficient, professional and competent. I appreciated that he was wearing a mask and aware of COVID mitigation protocols. I also appreciated the excellent communication from the office staff regarding the timing of *** arrival. *** also called an pin-pointed is exact arrival time...right on time! Thank you!

came out and really helped walked us through his diagnostic and some baseline fixes to our Plumbing issue. We discovered the issue was possibly bigger than expected, but *** offered us quotes right there on the spot to the different steps of fixing the issue. It was a lot cheaper than we expected and *** was a super excellent help! He is definitely the best plumber I have ever had!

I believe I was ripped off by this company. I was desperate and didn't shop around. I was charged over $1,800 for a new water heater and installation. I thought it was high but made a huge mistake by accepting this quote. After the fact, I checked with another company and was quoted $1,000. I am kicking myself but want to help others not make the same mistake. I would not recommend this company! BTW, the technician was very polite and friendly.

Jake O'Hara, RiteWay's plumbing specialist delivered a new water heater to us within 12 hours of my calling the company when our old one died. When he unloaded the new one at our house he noticed a small cosmetic dent in the tank and refused to install it. He went back to the shop, picked up a new unit and installed it promptly. He could not have been more courteous, friendly, and COMPETENT! I can recommend RiteWay and especially Jake without hesitation.

Isailan *** came over last august od 2021 to fix our AC. Over charged! Fixed my AC and now heater does not work! So much of a rite way Changed the mother board and charged us over a thousand dollars! Got the heater checked and was told that somewhere putting the mother board messed up the wiring or something that connects to the heater. Im not sure if it was not an honest mistake or did it in purpose to get our business again! Not calling them again since their price is to high

Over a year ago Riteway placed new ac/heater on my roof Insisted I needed a larger filter so cut into my roof to make existing filter space larger. That first year they came out 4 times to fix leak whenever it rained. Each time saying I fixed it this time. Finally they sent a roofer. So one rain after that it didn't leak. But today had a monsoon rain and I have puddle on floor again. They are nice people but whatever you do NOT let them cut into your roof because clearly they don't know what they are doing.

Our AC went down, of course in the middle of *** hottest summer on record. Rite Way arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us several options ranging from repair to replace. We have used Rite Way in the past and have been very impressed with their expertise, professionalism and thoroughness. They are our go-to company for all HVAC and plumbing needs. We especially appreciate how well they document everything, with pictures, even videos, of the problem and detailed notes and estimates on solutions.

We had a water leak in the wall of the house that led to a flood in the garage. Luckily, we caught it in time and shut the water off. We called RiteWay and were lucky enough to have their employee, ***, come to our rescue. This gentleman is polite, patient, extremely knowledgeable and did the repairs in record time. He explained everything and discussed our options. His professionalism is above par and he will be the only plumber we use from now on. In fact, if I owned a plumbing company, I would hire *** away from RiteWay! I hope that RiteWay knows how lucky they are to have him working for them. Thank you so much for helping us solve our plumbing issues!

We had an outdoor, galvanized pipe burst on a Sunday-- in fact, on Father's *** But we called Rite Way, spoke to a dispatcher, and about half an hour later, *** was at our door. He quickly analyzed (and explained) the problem, removed the damaged pipe, replaced it with brass, and had everything working, all in record time. Had he needed to, he would have gone out to get any parts he didn't already have with him, but this was unnecessary: he had what we needed in the truck. *** took the time to answer questions and to explain what to do if at any time we have a similar problem with any other part of our water system. Altogether, a very professional, clear-speaking individual and a great relief.

We recently moved to the Tucson area and quickly realized the importance of making sure our HVAC system is functioning properly. Our system is only a couple years old and we were surprised when we had another HVAC company come out and evaluate our system and were told our system is out of warranty and needed about $1,000 of replacement parts. Seeking a second opinion, thankfully we were hooked op with Rite Way Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, Jesus M. came to our home and performed a second evaluation. Jesus was very courteous, honest and professional and performed an inspection with much more inspection and diagnostic attention than the first company we used. Throughout his inspection he kept us informed of what he was doing and encouraged us to ask any questions we may have. Upon completion of his inspection he went over his findings and pictures of various parts of our system and thoroughly explained the questions we had. Jesus gave our system a good bill of health and informed us we did not need to replace any parts in our system as we were told by the other company. Not only did we find out our system was fine, we found out our system in fact is still covered under warranty, and since this was a second opinion inspection Rite Way did not charge us for the visit. This a very eye opening experience for us, THANK YOU Rite Way and Jesus, you have a new customer! Great Job, well done!
