They didn't provide free services or repair
I bought heat pump from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They provided long-life warranty and services for free. But it was only ad, and they haven’t provided these services for free. When my pump suddenly stopped to work, I called to this company. The tech arrived and repaired everything, but he has charged me for $200. Don’t rely on their free services. It can be lie and scam.
Shady, deceptive, dishonest service
Please stay far away from this HVAC company. They are some of the most shady, dishonest and deceptive people I've ever encountered. Never do business with an HVAC company that sells Goodman and Amana furnaces and central air conditioners. You will pay a lot of money and in return get a poorly made, substandard product that will malfunction or stop working all together. Don't fall for the sales pitch about joining their "Comfort Club", a scam that will set you back anywhere between $10.00 to $30.00 per month. Watch out for the tall, bald headed service technician by the name of Clint. He will service your central air conditioner and try to gouge you $142.00 for a new AC capacitor. All we needed was some Freon, not a new capacitor.
