Panera Bread review: customer service

I frequent the panera bread in Chico, CA regularly, religiously since they first opened not that long ago. Normally it's a nice little nook, with friendly staff, and great coffee. But this morning was completely opposite of what I have come to expect when I go into the place. I come in, and I hear what I assume is the boss, yelling at this poor lady working there. She was getting after her about labor, or something. But at any rate, I found it to be extremely rude, I can only imagine the embaresment that the poor counter lady was feeling as her boss was yelling at her in front of everyone. I don't think I'll be coming back any time soon.
