PE was great before covid. But, after covid, they kept chairs on their tables way toooo long and enforced the mask mandate toooo long. We haven't been there since covid.

My daughter went last night. She wanted her usual order of string bean chicken and was told they had none and were making nothing except what was in the few bowls that did have food in them. She was forced to get something else.

We went by there tonight. Chairs were down and we could eat inside...great!

No masks to get in...great.

Okay. Many empty bowls that had prepared food in them. Hmmm...

We learned they no longer give samples - how are you to be comfortable ordering a "New" item and know whether it is spicy or not, if you can't taste it? (their spicy food is way too spicy for me - samples help - especially "new" items) I ordered the fried rice and asked for a piece of egg from the rice to be added to my bowl...she told me she "couldn't dip in there for that". Hmmm... The broccoli beef didn't look great but there was little else to choose from...nothing was being cooked to wait on (no string bean chicken there tonight either).

So, my husband was going to order his item when the drive-thru guy practically cleaned the bowl out for the order he was filling. Well, we knew they were cooking nothing else, so...

After that, it was time to go! We spent our money somewhere else.

Dear Panda Express, Lufkin, Texas is too small of a town to not be a great place to eat, with great service. Talk gets around very quickly! And, we have heard much recent negative about your establishment...please "consider your ways"!

What has happened to the teriyaki chicken? It is definitely not the good quality and good tasting chicken that used to be offered. I will never order it again.

Closed the lobby at 9:00 when the posting states 9:30, they also didn’t offer certain menu items after 9pm.

Today I visited Panda Express #1518

As I approached to get my order I asked for a bowl and I asked if I was able to get chow mein and fried rice half & half and I was surprised when she said that I couldn’t do that and that I was only able to do that on a plate. I ended up getting what she said I could get and as I was paying I asked the register employee if that was a new thing where customers were no longer able to get half and half on bowls she mentioned she couldn’t help me because didn’t know who helped me or what was going on. I payed and left. I felt like the employees were very aggravated and didn’t want to deal with anything.

Order number 186034 Daly City westlake location#2122. Before today the last 2 times I orderEd from panda express I was slightly disappointed because the eggplamt tofu I ordered was all eggplant and no tofu,NONE. I, not being one 2 give a worker a hard time since I know they dont get paid enough &have to deal with enough rude, entitled, customers, just let it go. I was not happy so I just stopped eating there instead of complaining.

Well today my husband wanted to eat there so I was going to go inside and mention to them to please make sure theres tofu with the eggplant . Upon ordering I saw eggplant TOFU bowl was empty. So i KNEW A FRESH BATCH WAS BEING MADE. I asked for a Order of it and said " if you can please make sure I get some TOFU because I keep getting just eggplant when I order it". The lady said " yes if u dont mind waiting ,we r making a fresh batch right now " . So they bagged our other order, rang us up, and had us WAIT for my FRESH EGGPLANT TOFU . WE WAITED ABOUT 10 MIN. I THOUGHT 4 SURE this time id actually have tofu with my eggplant TOFU order. I get home open my plate and I think; oh here we go again. These cheap MFs screwed me out of tofu AGAIN. I about wanted to deck the manager( its not the workers fault their boss is cheap) ONCE AGAIN, EVEN WITH A FRESHLY MADE ORDER , I GOt 1 tofu with like 12 eggplant slices.Yet it wasnt even a whole cut cube. It was more like a sliver of a cut cube of TOFU. So I waited 10 min,was the first to get from the fresh batch made, and still got screwed out of my EGGPLANT TOFU ORDER. ITS CLEAR THE TOFU IS PURPOSELY BEING SKIMPED. 1 TIME can be an accidENT, 2 times could be a coincedence but 3 times- thats clearly by design. All these orders have happened at the same location. Which is Daly City Westlake location. Other than that the service and staff were very professional and friendly. I'd have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and service if id actually get tofu with my eggplant tofu order.

They charged me 9 dollars plus soda 11 dollars plus tax, the amount of food they served was too small in addition it wasn't even hot, when I got to the address i am working at less than 5 minutes away, so I am sorry by I am disappointed I expect to receive some decent amount of food for my money, I got orange chicken plus broccoli and beef, three small balls of orange chicken and three broccoli, I mean who eats so little? Not even good amount of rice I really want something done here I buy a lot

I ordered my food at 3420 fm 1960 W rd. through your app. I got very disappointed when I saw you guys gave me no noodles and the orange chicken entree was missing too. I suppose to have 2 sides of noodles and 2 entries of orange chicken, 1 entree of shrimp, 1 entree of sweet chicken breast, 1 entree of Angus steak. My order number is [protected]. It was forb04:15pm at Friday, February 18th. My wife and I have planned lunch for her birthday, but unfortunately, we choose to stop at panda express, it sucks. When I tried to call you guys at the store nobody answered. I call more than 5 times at [protected], 4 times at [protected], and 4 times at [protected]. Apparently, it is so hard to find somebody who cares about your customer service. Why? I am so sorry to let you know that your customer service at this store sucks. what a disappointment!

I once went to one of your lemonade stands, SEGA. They refused to sell me weapons grade plutonium this is outrageous, the almighty Breadbug shall smite thi. I also once went to a grocery store and ordered a medium sized drink with pepperoni on half and they asked me what are you doing here, why aren't you destroying Deep Space Nine. Anyways I got stoned and went to the zoo, I am now banned from the central park pet store. BnL why have you designed the joy-cons for my new table made out of fried chicken to break every few milennia, I live for 10 trillion years, so this is a really short time for me, you should really fix this my beloved King of the land of Burgers. Anyways I'm gonna go get stoned at my local Breadbug superstore and watch some elephants.

you took sweet fire chicken away and everyone i talk to wants it back. Even traveling on the road I stop at different pandas and its the same thing. Even the workers want to see it come back. Orange chicken is what i have had to eat instead. Since there is no sweet n sour chicken or pork, i always got sweet fire. please bring it back. We will soon have a panda opening in Ridgecrest, Ca. where i live so please bring it back.

There is a worker there that recently just changed her name and tax information. I have reported her to ICE. Her name went from Ana Ramirez to Carla Osuna. Really panda you are committing fraud.

Manager was very rude and made my plate half full and said this is what it is..

Panda xpress is so out of control they can't even cook rice properly. i've eaten their half cooked rice and chipped a rooth.
