Panda Express - Food

noodles were dry and had a weird taste. They put less than normal orange chicken in the bowls. They did not give us fortune cookies. the springs were gross they were oily and had a funky taste. The order totaled $40 i tried paying with $100 the cashier refused it said we needed to pay the exact amount. This place needs to be retrained the drive thru person was on his phone and touching food. very unsanitary.

Desired outcome: reprimand employees maybe partial refund
