I ordered a pick up order and was missing the loaded mashed potatoes from my order.
My order # [protected] which was placed at the Livonia, Michigan location on 2/8/24 at 6:37pm.
Claimed loss: Missing loaded mashed potatoes from my order. Attempted to resolve by calling the store but they didn't resolve the issue.
Desired outcome: Would like to be compensated an order of loaded mashed potatoes during my next visit.

05/17/2020 4:01 PM-Called back to change the order to delivery added $3 tip total=$26.+
05/17/2020 6:52 PM Was told by managment that the order was for pick-up which was incorect.
05/17/2020 Spoke with a female who identified as Melissa, the owner and she presented as very dismissive and very insenstive. I have placed many orders from this resturant spending approximately $15.36-$18.36 regulary/practically every other day for my niece that visits. Melissa offered to remake however but to the circumstances and what I felt about her very unpalatable disposition I decided against it. And in spite of receiving ribs that are sometimes dry and fries that aren't fresh as if sitting all day and the potaties that aren't cooked throughly I still have patronized this establishment spending my hard earned monies when I didn't necessarily have too! When informed that I would be contacting Corporate, Melissa responded, "It's going to come back to me". WOW
