O'Reilly Auto Parts review: Employee conduct this company condones

The O'Reilly's located in Four Oaks, NC has an employee named Patrick that is allowed to curse at customers and use homophobic slurs without reprercussion.

A customer recently visited this store and dealt with Patrick when he needed assistance from an employee. This customer ultimately decided not to make a purchase at this store and on the way out, suddenly heard a guy yell "F*ck You". He turned around to see Patrick waving his middle finger while again yelling ,"F*ck You" and even added the homophobic slur "F*gg*t" at the end. This all transpared in front of another employee who corroborated everything.

After a complaint was made with their customer service dept and being reassured multiple times it would be handled; almost a month later and Patrick is still employed by this company.
