Ordered a 2006 Chevy Equinox 3.4 engine and it was no good. Tried to get my money back but the seller said no way. I called them up within a week of getting the engine, which is when they said I could return it.

I paid BENZEEN AUTO PARTS $12000.00 on 12/08. They said they'd give me a 1 year warranty on all parts. That means if anything goes wrong with the parts, they'll fix it, replace it, or give me my money back. But the engine (2013 S63) is making a knocking sound on both sides and using up oil. They offered me $1500.00, but I said no. Then they said they might be able to give me a couple more $100.00. Finally, they offered $2000.00 for labor. But *** said it could cost over $6800.00 to fix if they don't find anything else wrong when they open up the engine. Reference Number ***.

I called Benzeen Auto Parts on 1/20 and talked to Cliff about getting some front seats. The next day, I bought some leather seats over the phone with my credit card. They said it would take 7 to 10 days to get to me. On 1/26, I called to find out when they would arrive, but no one answered. I called again on 1/29 and they said there was a delay because of the weather. On 2/2, they called me and said that the seats were damaged in a big storm in California. They sent me a picture of some other seats that were available, but they were also damaged. They said they could refund my money. I called back and talked to Sam, the sales manager, and he said he would keep looking for the seats and contact me. I haven't heard anything from him. He said his staff could have done better. Benzeen Auto Parts should have sent me the seats at the price they promised if they had enough time.

I got an audi engine from benzeen auto parts. I talked to their sales manager and I told him my worries about buying a used engine. He said they test and guarantee their engines and they come with a one year warranty. He sold me the engine with 92,000 miles on it. They had three listed at the time. The other two had 109,000 and 132,000 miles on them. 92,000 miles sounded good so I bought the engine. When the mechanic installed the engine, he told me that the engine was bad. It had a miss fire on cylinder one so the mechanic changed the coil and spark plug and the engine still had a misfire on cylinder number one. The sales manager didn't want to hear that the engine was bad after all he said they pressure checked it. We went back and forth for about two weeks then I had a third party check the engine to confirm that it was bad. The sales manager attempted to blame the mechanic shop checking their reviews online and giving me worst case scenarios. I told him I wanted my money back and also I wanted them to pay the installation cost which was $2300.00. This is what the mechanic charged to install the engine. As a customer I am concerned with their business practices. He refunded my money for the engine and still I had to pay $2300.00 for an engine install which results in a vehicle that is not running. Also I asked him which engine did I get because after I got my engine, I went back to see what they were showing available on their website and of course the one engine with 92,000 miles on it was showing available. He said oh its should say call for pricing and I told him no it doesn't say that. Its showing that engine is for sale which is incorrect considering that is the engine that I had purchased. This whole situation has been nothing but a nightmare. I keep asking myself the million dollar question how do you sale a customer an engine and guarantee it and then just walk away when the engine is bad. There were additional cost to this project which were my responsibility if the engine would have been good. I would have paid the mechanic and not even said anything but this is not the case. The additional charges are still here because of a faulty engine and the sales manager and Benzeen Auto Parts wants to just walk away leaving me to cover the mechanics cost.
