This shop is way too expensive and doesn't have good customer service. I brought my car in on Monday because the tire pressure sensor was on and the car was shaking at high speeds. The guy said he would check the tire balance. He called me back and said it wasn't the tires, the car was overheating, and they wanted to replace the water pump. He said it would cost almost $2,000 and they needed to keep it overnight. I said okay and waited all day on Tuesday, but they didn't call me back. I called them at 5:00 and he said there was rust they had to deal with and he didn't know when it would be done, so it would be there for the SECOND full day. I waited for another day, Wednesday, and finally received a phone call around 4:00 that now they don't have some gaskets they need. Now the car has been in their possession for THREE full days. He tells me they may be able to finish on the FOURTH day, by 9:30 a.m. This is not good. Due to their total lack of communication, I lost a camping reservation. This shop used to be good, but they have lost my business. Use a better mechanic and save yourself the trouble.

I paid over $600 for 1 brake pad set and 1 front disc rotor at Wilhelm Automotive in Cave Creek. The guy at the front desk was rude and didn't know how much repairs would cost. I left my car there and was told it would be looked at the next day. The rude man called me at 9am and told me my car needed more repairs and it would be ready at ***. I had to call back and ask what that meant. The rude man charged me over $600 for my brakes and over $300 for less than 1 hour of work. They kept my car overnight because they ran out of something. Other repair shops were better and one even laughed at me. I am angry that they ripped me off as a visiting nurse who cares for people during COVID.

Took my truck to Wilhelm Automotive on 06/12 for an oil change and tire rotation. The next day, I noticed that my tires were not rotated and my truck was not greased. The manager sent me an email with a bunch of excuses and no solution to why my tires were not rotated or greased. This place is not honest and I would not recommend it for repairs.

I got my new tires put on at Wilhelm Automotive in ***. But when they did it, they messed up my wheels real bad. Scratches and stuff all over the place from taking the old tires off and putting the new ones on. My wheels are Procomp and they cost over $250 each. Wilhelm won't take responsibility even though they're the ones who did the work.

Dropped my VW Passat at Wilhelm Automotive on happy valley rd for oil change. Got the car back and parked it in the driveway. Later, when we wanted to leave, we saw all the oil leaked out of the car and made a big mess on the driveway. Now, the car needs fixing and the driveway needs cleaning.
