Every month, I have to call Optum several times a day to make sure they send the prescription in a timely manner. First, I take suboxone and have been getting my script through Optum since February. I want to concentrate on the last two months.

Now, Optum should know I'm a recurring monthly customer, but last month (October) they ran out of generic suboxone, but if you check your profile online, it will always say order processing. Had no idea was out of stock until day 2, when I called to check arrival date. Was told then was out of stock, but they had brand name in stock. Frantically got in touch with dr, who changed script to brand name strips. This too turned out to be out of stock. Finally got to speak to a pharmacist where I INITIATED IF THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY ANY TO GIVE PARTIAL - she said had 87 in stock (I get 90) Well, don't you think you should give me those instead of nothing! She hurriedly got those together for me (never did get the other 3)

This month, called in advance and was told plenty of brand name in stock, but still no generic. I said but by the time my refill comes due, may not be any. Don't worry about it - plenty of them. Tried to get it filled that day knowing that is probably not true, got the ok from UHC (still have voicemail), but couldn't seem to get any type of customer service to do so. I wait until my due date and BAM OUT OF STOCK TOTALLY. It had been three days since dr visit, so no sense even filling it with them anymore since nothing is in stock.

this is medicine you cannot go cold turkey on nor be without. Even after my refill date, showed still processing in the system and got 2 text messages on the upcoming arrival date. Very confusing causing more calls to be made.

The stress I have endured over the holidays is insane. This medication is not in short supply plus I'm a recurring customer! Now I have to find another pharmacy to fill it of which none around my area will fill it because no one is taking on new controlled patients to their pharmacy - especially if it's the only medication you are on. I have no idea what will happen to me now.

Claimed loss: $300

Desired outcome: I want them fined for abuse and neglect.
