Almost impossible to cancel this worthless service. Multiple outages daily for months, can't get a cable replaced behind my house that is temporary. Employees taught to try to retain customers with super low offers. Told them I wouldn't stay with them if they paid me multiple times and just got the same bilge to try to retain me. In addition service should have cancelled two months ago and they are still billing me and trying to bill me to the end of the next cycle. Borders and may be actually illegal business practice
Desired outcome: Want service cancelled and balance of bill waived since it should have been cancelled two months ago. If auto collections then I must file a small claims action for lost time etc.
