I called last week about canceling on my phone, we no longer use it.
They said it would be done, it's still is hooked up.
The customer service number bring halfway across the world and you can't understand anyone, I am not the person who says this.
I will be dropping Optimum completely if something isn't done.
Calling Optimum is a headache, and you cannot email them either

Claimed loss: No loss just can't anyone to speak to you can understand
