while driving through the midland Odessa area a driver driving truck #24190 was making dangerous and erratic lane changes tail gating and basically breaking many other driving rules unconcerned about the general public, as optimum has no direct line to voice my concern and yes I sat online on the phone with their "10 minute wait time" for an hour while never speaking to anyone, this is apparently of no concern to them
