I have been a customer with optimum for two years now and before that six years, I just started cell phone Service six months ago and a week ago I ordered a phone. I recorded the conversation with the customer service representative. As far as adding a new line to my service. I called back to find out what was going on with the phone and they told me that they didn’t have any information on the phone until I played the recording from the previous representative that I called to order the phone. They took my money and did not render services. Did not send out the phone like they said they would, and then when I called to check, they act like they were not aware of the situation until I told them that the last conversation was recorded then they tell me that they can help me order the phone which I did in the previous conversation. I just want my money back and and stop services with optimum. They are ripping people off. They are taking money and they are not rendering services. I would love to cancel my services and I want my money back for services that I did not receive please help.
