Office Depot review: Unprofessional and terrible service for delivery to a business.

We had placed an order for our company and the delivery driver drove over our neighbor and our grass and got stuck. He then sat in his truck revving his engine back and forth for over an hour causing deep ruts and destruction to our lawn which has to be maintained by city ordinance. The driver could not speak one work of English and looked to be very young and an inexperienced driver in general.
Once this happened I contacted Office Depot customer service [protected]) and was told someone would get back to me within 72 hours. Today is 2 weeks later and I have not heard from anyone. I have tried to contact them multiple times to no avail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will not do business with them again. I will be ordering from Amazon her on out.
