The Owings Mills Location has been uncooperative and unprofessional after I tried to get them to look at my vehicle damages. An employee who clearly didn't know how to drive manual transmission stripped my gears and clutch. I have tried to get their manager and Chuck the regional manager to help me but no response.
I asked for their liability carrier but they wouldn't help.
So now I have to go to consumer advocacy groups and social media to help. Next step is legal counsel.
This is unacceptable and I will be made whole again whether NTB cooperates or not.
