On May 20, 2022, I had the absolute worst experience with this company. I ordered a part from their website that was supposed to be compatible with my vehicle, but it didn't work properly. After some back and forth and resistance from them, they agreed to exchange the part. However, when I received the replacement and tested it by plugging it into the harness, it had the same issue. I then realized that their website actually lists two different parts for my car, depending on how you search for it. Now, they are not only refusing to send me the correct part, but they also won't accept the return. I have opened a dispute with PayPal, and I am also determined to warn as many people as possible about this terrible company. They claim to operate out of the *** dealership, but when you call them, they insist that they are completely separate and cannot assist you. It's frustrating that you can only communicate with them via email, and their responses are slow. Their return policy is a complete joke and lacks any consideration for the consumer. I understand that some items cannot be returned if they are used, but this is a brand new part that has never been installed. It's absolutely ridiculous. I strongly advise buyers to be cautious when dealing with this company.
