When I called Norton LifeLock yesterday on 06/11/25 at 2:33 pm a guy by the name of brain answered the phone a worker at Norton LifeLock. When I asked the brain about one of apps on my phone to see if I had been hacked into. And to see if I could get some Norton LifeLock service. This guy Brain had told me that. That they don't educate people about the service. So when I asked him if I could speak to a manager after he was so rude to me he told me that I couldn't and that but if I wanted to hang up and call back again to talk to someone else through customer service that I could but I couldn't talk to the manager.
