The service as Norton is truly horrible as I have tried to resolve simple issues regarding scam protection services, unnecessary popups, backup services, etc. I was transferred to three different people that lacked both technical and communication (english language) skills necessary to resolve said issues. My frustration cannot be understated and recommend others to use another antivirus program. Upon reading the reviews, I am not the only one having issues with the poor service of this company.

Incident time occurred about 5:00 to 6:15 PM on 2/23/2026

Claimed loss: Inability to obtain full services claimed by company.

Desired outcome: Resolution of my issues is a timely competent manner.
