North Texas Tollway Authority [NTTA] review: Service

I have a NTTA account and the account number is [protected] which is active and I am also getting a Zip Cash Bill to my uncles mail and ZipcashID is x2024321238 initially it is registered to my temporary plates and i paid all the bill related to it on DEC27 2024, and now I got the bill again for 123$ - i checked the transactions and there are 2 charges for 2$and 120$ on fees. I had all the screenshots of the bills when i paid and what I paid. I want you to check both the accounts and go the necessity
