I don't give 5 stars for much of anything, but ABC Auto Shipping earned them. There were minor issues with both drivers, the first canceled and the second got the delivery cost wrong. Even though ABC did not cause these issues ABC addressed the issues quickly and satisfactorily. Arman was very responsive to all questions and very professional and customer friendly in addressing the issues caused by the third parties. Once the issues were addressed the car was delivered quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to use ABC again.

I had 2 weeks to pack up my life and move across the country so you can imagine the stress I was under. This by far was the most least stressful thing on my list. ABC Auto Shipping walked me through step by step what the process was going to be like and estimated date of arrival. I got to the airport and within 2 hours I had my car delivered. Their scheduling and time management is down to seconds. I felt very taken care of and they communicated every detail to me to ensure I knew what was going on with my car. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Arman, of the ABC Auto Shipping, was very courteous, pleasant and overall very thorough and straightforward. From the first time I contacted him requesting a quote for shipping my car across the country from Maryland to California, he called me many times and sent me numerous emails detailing the process for getting the shipping done, from picking up to delivery. Arman found and negotiated with a carrier with a reasonable price within my requested time frame. I highly recommend Arman and his ABC Auto Shipping service to anyone that needs to ship a car across the country.

Arman responded so quickly after my inquiry on his website! and that was after business hours. He answered all my questions with kindness and patience. He was able to arrange transport to get my son's car from Colorado back to California in 4 days time. Chandra, the driver was also so helpful and kept us informed from the beginning of the shipping to the pick up. I would most definitely use ABC Auto Shipping again. Arman has been impeccably helpful and informative every step of the way. He responded quickly to all my texts and helped me to feel that we were in good hands at all times.

Arman and ABC Auto Shipping were fantastic to work with. I had a car to ship from California to Florida on a tight schedule. Arman stayed in communication with me and found someone to pick up the car as promised within a day. The car carrier used was also great at communicating where the car was along the way and when it would be delivered. Overall, excellent coordination between ABC and their carriers. Arman followed up afterwards as well, making sure the delivery went well and I was happy with the service provided. I would strongly recommend ABC Auto Shipping and will use them for any future shipments required.

Arman walked me through every step of the complicated process of shipping my car from IN to HI while I was unavailable to ship the car myself from IN. He gave me $100 off my quote because I was referred by a friend, which was awesome. My vehicle only took 26 days to ship from IN to HI, which was incredible because the other shipping companies I spoke to were facing 8-week delays. I am extremely happy with Arman's responsiveness, promptness, and helpfulness and would definitely recommend ABC Auto Shipping to a friend. Arman made the stressful ordeal of remotely shipping a vehicle 4,000+ miles into a very smooth and straightforward process.

I had many bad experiences finding a dependable transport for my vehicle in my cross country move. The vendor Had confirmed for weeks bailed on me last minute before I was to fly out. Thank god I found ABC, Arman was so accommodating and understood my situation and did everything to actually save my move at the very last minute. He was ALWAYS very responsive in contacting me with the status as well as their dispatcher. Their follow up calmed me through the journey of my vehicle. Even when I couldn't reply to his message, he tried again until he made contact. My car showed up faster than the others anticipated and I was elated and so thankful to Arman and ABC for literally saving my huge, time constrained move! I cannot say enough great things about them, especially in an industry I had found very shady. Be careful, and choose ABC and Arman if you want a hassle free, dependable experience. Let me start off by saying that Arman is truly an angel! I cannot express enough how satisfied I am transporting my car with him. I had never transported my car before and needed to do it ASAP. I called after regular business hours and desperately needed my car to be picked up the next day and Arman was able to work with me and my time sensitive situation and went above and beyond to provide me with the best solution. I dropped off my car with him because I had to leave town the next day and was not able to coordinate with anyone to meet the delivery truck at a parking lot outside of my residential neighborhood that wasn't legal for 18 wheelers. Arman was extremely professional and so clear communicating with me throughout the entire process which eased my anxiousness as this was the first time I'd ever done this before. TLDR: It was a smooth and quick hand off and I am so happy to have worked with him! I would recommend Arman to anyone considering transporting their car. Thank you.

I needed to ship out from Los Angeles to New York. I had requested a few quotes online from various car transportation companies and honestly some of the quotes I received felt as if it was too good to be true. I did research on the companies from the quotes I received and some had negative reviews. I was referred to ABC Auto Shipping by a colleague who also had a great experience with Arman. I reached out to ABC Auto Shipping via an online quote and Arman answered questions and explained to me the entire process. Arman is very professional and provides fair pricing. I was also lucky with the driver from the car carrier. My vehicle actually got picked up a few days before I anticipated, I was flexible with the pick up date and the driver appreciated it as well. The driver John was pleasant and kept in touch via text when the vehicle was close to delivery in New York. The entire process was very easy with Arman. No gimmicks! This process couldn't have gone smoother! We had a sticky situation that was causing a lot of stress. Other companies would not have managed this well, but Arman worked really hard for us, understood the stress we were under, and wen't above, and beyond for us to make sure everything came off without a hitch. He did not have to go to the lengths he did to make this happen. But he is a man of integrity and he loves what he does. I bet he was tired of me texting, as I was so stressed out and worried. I had never shipped cars before, but Arman is a professional and it shows. From the first time we talked to him, to the transportation company delivering our vehicles in tip top shape, everything went much better than we could have imagined. I should not have worried. I recently had to find a reliable car shipping company to move my car from New York City to Southern California. There are a lot of companies out there and honestly, until you receive your car on the back end, you just never know what you're going to get. Well, let me end all your searching and tell you that ABC Auto Shipping is the company to use, hands down. I settled on them after a long search and I could not have been happier. Arman was an absolute pleasure and easy to deal with. He was extremely communicative, honest and upfront about all costs and how the entire process would work. Shipping a car from NYC to SoCal is not a heavily trafficked route and he was honest with me and let me know it may take a couple of weeks to find a truck. And less than a day after that, he was able to secure a truck and even helped lower the cost with the driver. He sent me videos of how the process would work, what it looked like and texted and called with updates when he said he would. When my car finally landed in Southern California, he sent me videos of my car, how it looked and very easily arranged pick up. I can not say enough good things about Arman and his customer service and professionalism throughout the entire process. I would give 10 stars if I could and will easily use him again if I need to. I had an urgent need to transport my car from Los Angeles, California to New York, New York. Arman is the best person who helps me find the best of reliable carrier, turns out to be the guy who is amazing. Before I reached out to Arman, I had spent literally 2 days to read all the reviews about ABC Auto Shipping on Yelp and Google. I was still skeptical and hesitating about using his service even though he has had mostly 5 star reviews. He actually was a FAST texter and he explained all the procedures of transporting the car to me step by step. Arman made sure that I completely understood 100%. If you wonder how the procedures are, he will tell you the estimate of the car transportation's totals, I chose the flat rate. Then he will send you the instructions through the email and make sure that you know exactly what it is, then he will send you the link where you can make a payment for $100 as a deposit for him to find you the reliable carrier. After you finish making a payment online, he will give you the estimate time to find for you the carrier (usually 3-5 days). When he is able to find the specific carrier, you have two options which you either take it or disregard that carrier. Then you would have the second chance to have a different carrier. However, if you disregard the second carrier for some reasons, you will have to pay him $100 again. I personally chose the second carrier because he was the best fit for me because of the my matching available schedules. It was actually $50 more compared to a flat rate but you get what you pay for. Safer, faster, and more trustworthy. If you satisfy with the carrier, you will have to pay second deposit to Arman which will all go straight to the total transportation. Arman will tell you exact date that the carrier could come pickup the car and they will call you 1 day prior to make sure you remain home to handle the vehicle to them. Believe me it's going to be the fastest pickup ever and the carrier will also inspect the car to see if there's any scratches or dents or damages to make sure nothing would happen to the vehicle. Then the driver will give you usually 2-3 days for the car to be delivered. Arman will also constantly follow you all the way to the end to guarantee everything is under control and as planned. Overall, I will DEFINITELY be using his service again! He is going to be the first person that I would reach out to when I move back to Los Angeles next year after finishing working for the company.
