When I purchased this 2026 Pathfinder on 6/2/2026 I saw a person name Joe. He informed me that rubber matts were included with the car. When I got home I noticed that the 3rf floor matts were missing. The next day I went back to talk to him but he was not there and I was advised I would have to wait 2 days to talk to him. He said the matts on the 3r row do not come with this car. So that same day I talked to my daughter who purchased a New Pathfinder and had all the rubber matts. I was extremely upset and I waited 3 days to talk to a manager, but joe was not in that day also. The manager said I could purchase them on line for $25.00. I was so upset when he told me that after all I paid cash for that car. You would think that I would receive better servers than that. He took my phone number but no one ever called me, so I am bring this to your attention. Thank you understanding my issue and I hope your dealership will resolve my problem.
