Steve and his team at A & G are a class act, they are true professionals. The shop is very clean, with complimentary drinks and snacks, and free wifi.

Totally dissatisfied with the very costly service. Not all repairs had prior written or verbal approval. Non OEM parts were used for repair as per agreement. The business needs to establish a written and signed agreement before doing any work on any vehicle or at least call for verbal approval.

This shop is super clean and run real professional-like. The Owner & Staff know their stuff and are ASE Master Certified. The equipment they got is top-notch, even better than them fancy Dealerships in some ways, and the prices are real reasonable.
We got some fancy cars, like Mercedes-Benz & Land Rover, and let me tell ya, Mr. Steven and his crew always take care of 'em real good. They keep 'em in tip-top shape, just like them high standards.

Steven and his mechanics at A & G Auto Service and Repair are the best. They rebuilt my hotrod engine and made it run like new again. I trust Steven because he's a veteran, and his mechanics are highly skilled and certified by the ASE board. As a veteran myself, I appreciate Steven's straightforward approach. He makes sure everything is done right the first time he works on my vehicle. He doesn't waste time or beat around the bush. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

A & G Auto Service and Repair is a really good place in Hernando County. They have the same fancy technology as the dealerships in Tampa, and all the technicians are ASE Master Certified. That's important to me and my wife because we drive fancy cars like a Mercedes AMG and a Mass Ghibli. These guys are really good at what they do, and the shop is always clean. We're really happy that we don't have to pay the high prices at the dealership and we still get top-notch service. The owner, Steven, is a really nice guy to work with, and we love the monthly barbecue they have. Thanks a lot, guys!

Steven and his team at A&G are really smart, they fixed our Maserati Q4's electrical stuff super fast. We like that they're all ASE Master Certified, and the price was good 'cause they fixed our car. The shop is clean and we saw the whole diagnostic on a screen on the wall. We never saw that before, good job Mr. Steven for being clear with your customers. A & G Auto is amazin, I have had lots of unexpected repairs and repair bills with my 2010 Audi A6 and A & G Auto always been there to provide honest, family-like, fair and quick services. When the repair bill(s) can get overwhelming, the owner Steven will go out his way to work with you and have your back with a payment plan or more cost efficient way of tackling a problem with your vehicle. This company understands every customer and situation is different and they'll always go over and beyond to fix your vehicles' problem. If you're lookin for band-aid services DO NOT GO HERE! but if you're lookin for true diagnostics & repairs THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Free condiments and WiFi too.

A&G was a life saver; I got stuck in Brooksville by accident when my car decided to give me trouble. Im so glad I found A&G! They were able to get me in ASAP and the front desk staff were extremely nice. The owner Steven helped me and found out what was wrong and what needed immediate attention. He showed me instead of just telling me, so I could see the damage. They got it done fast so I could get back on the road home to tampa. During the wait they were great with my 5 year old and gave her a couple snacks while putting on PBS Kids for her. I really appreciated the patience with my bored child. I really recommend this place if you need your car checked out by an honest, quality mechanic. I will even drive back out here when I need repairs in the future!

The shop is very clean and the people at the front desk were very kind and knowledgeable of what the information they shared with me. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic because the transmission was not shifting right and I knew I needed a full tune-up on my Land Rover and my wife's Mercedes Benz. I did some research online as I am new to Spring Hill from California, where our vehicles only got service at the dealerships. However, these technicians at A&G are ASE Master Certified. James in particular, while he is very soft spoken, completed a brilliant diagnostic on my Land Rover and corrected all the challenges I was experiencing. The technology this hometown facility has surprisingly was not a common thing to see in an independent shop. They have the right stuff and while it was not cheap, it sure was not what I would have paid at the dealership. So in closing, I highly recommend A&G Auto Service and the owner Steven is quite a personable and trustworthy person. He has a long military service, which we truly appreciate as members of the US Army Services. Services: Engine repair, Transmission, Battery, Brakes.

Awesome Mechanic and they are all ASE Certified. they got my truck up and running when 2 other shops in the local area could not; I really like how clean the shop and lobby is maintained. they have drinks and snacks, and a beautiful jack Russell puppy.

Professional and Honest. WILL NOT compromise for profit. Had a major problem with my Sebring. Two dealers and other service shops didn't know what was wrong let along fis it. Steve and his employees made it a mission to fix my car no matter what. They called every step through the process to discuss what was going on and would not just spend my money. End result? After four and 1/2 days, my car is properly Fixed, period. In this area, I REFUSE to have anyone else touch my vehicles after this.

I had my vehicle serviced at A & G Auto Service and Repair on 2/23. When I dropped it off, Elsa took down my information, including the phone number and account number for my warranty company. I specifically instructed Elsa that the warranty company needed to be contacted before any work was done. Elsa understood this instruction. However, they failed to contact the company before proceeding with the repairs. As a result, the warranty company is refusing to cover the charges that A and G Auto Service and Repair billed me for. This mistake was made internally and should be the responsibility of the business, as they took in a customer with specific instructions and disregarded them. If I had known this would happen, I would have taken my vehicle to another mechanic. On 2/26, I spoke with the owner, Steven, who acknowledged that he has internal issues with his staff and is working on resolving them. Today (3/1), I spoke with him again and he asked me what would make me satisfied. I explained that I would need $350 to make up for the difference caused by his employee's mistake. However, he only offered to reimburse me $150.
