On Dec 27, 2024 I received a new Asus ProArt monitor purchased from Newegg on ebay. I hooked it up and it had problems connecting via the Display Port. I switched to HDMI and it displayed via the HDMI connection. So I shut down and re-hooked up the DP cord and this time it found it. After about a week, it would lose the DP input. I changed cords, did every kind of troubleshooting I could find but ended up just using the HDMI input as it was the only one that would work. 2 days ago, it started losing the HDMI input so clearly there is something wrong with this monitor. Other monitors work just fine with my computer.
Claimed loss: I contacted newegg to return the monitor. THey declined the return without any explanation.
Desired outcome: I want my $350 back.
