Netspend Corporationnetspend card locked money froze!!!

I called and spoke with Netspend three days ago about my account! I was issued a refund on my card and they said supposedly it was locked due to that! I have never had this issue with any other card I've ever had in my life. They still haven't resolved this and the lady said 6-10 hours they'd be looking it over and should unblock it. It's been 3 days! WTH Netspend sucks and I will make it my duty to inform everyone at my job of this since majority of them use Netspend - get chime or another card instead. Can't even feed my kid because of them!
