National Tire & Battery [NTB] review: New tires

Made a 8am appointment for 4 new tires and a alinement. it took 3:45 hrs to get the job done! Then looked my truck over in the parking lot, 2 tire stem caps missing, so went back into the counter and ask why the caps were missing. so they put to caps in my hand for me to do it my self. What kind of service is this for almost $1,400.00 job! Warrenton Va NTB
