    Dear Ritva,
    I can totally identify with how discouraging it is to wait for DNA results.
    Waiting for your results is estimated at 4-6 weeks but under various circumstances it may take longer making it 8 weeks once our lab receives your DNA sample.
    We currently have a high volume of DNA test purchasers and each test is given individual assiduity to ensure our DNA research community gets the most accurate results.
    The good news is that I have located your account and noticed that your DNA kit purchase orders have all been currently refunded on April 2nd 2017.
    In some cases, refunds will take time to process but I can assure you that the refund has indeed been processed. This was explained to you in an e-mail sent out to you on the 28th of May.
