Hello again,
I previously contacted you regarding an unintended subscription charge on my account, and I was told that my case would be reviewed. However, I haven’t received any further updates.

This issue is very important to me, especially due to the significant amount involved (over 5000 TL), and I kindly request an urgent response regarding the status of my refund.

Thank you for reaching out to me via phone. However, I do not speak or understand English well, so I was not able to understand the conversation.

Could you please provide support and updates in written form, preferably via email or message? That would be much easier for me to understand and respond to.
