The first day of my cruise on msc Seaview the cabin was dirty and had to be cleaned top to bottom. Also after the first day our cabin tiled blocked and overflowing.
Over the next 3 days the toilet having been fixed overflowed again, reported again to reception that evening but no fixed till next morning some 12 hrs later this can be fixed from outside the cabin but was not. We were forced to use toilets in various floors. Then the toilet blocked again on the 22nd Oct not fixed we were offered on last day another cabin 15156 and had to pack and move from 12069 to 15156.this could have been done before this as I heard that the cabin has blocked before.
I would like my money back for the health issues with the toilet overflow into bathroom, for all three of us using this disastrous cabin.
Before I write my review which you have sent. I have cruised with msc before on a number of occasions with no problems.

I have heard that this cabin has blocked and overflowing before, you would have thought it would have been fixed or closed to prevent other passengers having the same misfortune, mine was a 70th birthday spoiled and we had brought 4 other people with us in 2 seperate cabins.
This is a total disgrace and I would request our money back for a health hazard caused by msc.
We booked a 7 day cruise from palma in the Mediterranean for 7 people to celebrate my birthday. But the cabin my wife, daughter and I were given was far from perfect, the cabin was dirty and had to be cleaned again. On the following day the toilet blocked 5 times in days of a 7 day cruise. On 3 of the days the toilet overflowing into bathroom.
Reception informed at late evening and toilet not fixed for 12 hours, we had to use toilets in other decks.
On the last day of cruise we were offered another cabin and had to pack our belongings and move.
MSC could have moved us before but failed to do so. The fact that I was partially disabled did not in the slightest help or the fact that we had sailed on a number os msc ships beforehand. I am asking for my money back for the 3 people in my cabin.
