Mr Price Group / MRP review: Customer service and attitude

I was at MrPrice Home fourways Mall on the 27th of Nov and as I purchasing a few items, I noticed after I've paid that I was overcharged and I asked them to help because I'm over charged, the cashier called a supervisor by the name of Prudence and she didn't help and gave me so much attitude but before me they was a lady from Mr Price Pretoria which she gladly assisted nicely and didn't even give her attitude and we were buying exactly the same items on promo for the Black Friday, I stood the for an hour without being assistant went back to work and came back then she told me on lunch but before I left earlier she said she will solve it for me and when I came back she didn't even bother coming to explain to me why is my situation not solved, I was assisted by another lady only the 3rd time when I went there. I am very disappointed in her service as a superior to the cashiers and the attitude I received I didn't like at all
