I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the terrible service I received from Mr Price 360 Insurance while following up on my claim.
I have been paying for this insurance since 2020, and this is my first claim. My claim has been pending with no proper feedback. When I called to follow up, I was assisted by Masac Pillay, who was extremely rude, irritated, and dismissive.
He kept telling me I “must wait” and refused to answer reasonable questions about the process, saying he “cannot tell me background procedures.” His tone and attitude were unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to remind him that I am the client, yet I was made to feel like an inconvenience. This is the worst service I have ever received.
I want:
A proper update on my claim.
An explanation for the delay.
Action taken regarding his behaviour.
I expect respect and transparency as a loyal customer who has paid premiums for years.
