Called last week to get an appointment for sunday 4pm to get my headlight bulb replaced. The manager took my car in, seemed to have been having a bad day, acted and spoke angrily, looked at my car maybe worked on it for 5 minutes, was back in the office answering the phone, it sounded like a personal call, then he slammed the phone down and went back out to my car, he leaned down like he was working on my car and I saw him through the window on his cell phone. He informed my boyfriend that the bulb broke inside the socket as he attempted to unplug it, claimed it was eroded and said that the whole front end had to be taken off in order to get the whole headlight out, to remove the broken bulb to replace it with a new one. He got someone else to work on it and that young man hustled, looked like he knew exactly what he was doing. We got there at 4pm, didn't get out of there until approx. 5:30 pm. In a nutshell, the manager was super poor with his service, but the young man that completed the job was pretty awesome. You need to get rid of this manager.
Claimed loss: Nothing here, but my time. Thought it was worth sharing, you can tell the other employees are very uncomfortable with this particular manager's presence, as he throws things and slams things around.
Desired outcome: Get rid of that manager.
