In about 1 years time I've had multiple problems with my system and on top of that they failed to install sensors in the windows upon installation. I've had weeks at a time with out service and have to wait weeks for a repair company to fix the problem AT MY COST. This is BS and they need to reevaluate their business plan and how to keep their customers protected. I've made a complaint to them and still have not received any response back from management. I am not a happy customer nor do I want to continue doing business with them
