Moe's Southwest Grill review: service - dirty restaurant - no chips

The restaurant at 6416 Carlisle pike Mechanicsburg PA 17050 - at our previous visit we had to wait at least 30 mins to order due to only one person working. Our order was placed with an over worked staff member who was at her wits end being alone - she was making orders, and ringing customers up. The salsa bar was empty and a mess. The food she gave us was such a little portion - I guess she didn't want to run out of anything. The bathrooms were disgusting.

We decided to give the restaurant another chance this week. We walked to the front door to go in and there was a sign, you could hardly read it, like chicken scratch, saying NO CHIPS... really no chips? No wonder the place was empty.

Look at the line in my pictures. The two leaning on the counter were standing there for at least 30/40 mins.. The salsa bar was nasty...
