Catering was scheduled for delivery between 11:00 and 11:15 on 03/18/2026 for an office baby shower. When the food had not been delivered by 11:20 I began to call. I reached Bo with catering, and she connected me to Sam (Saleem) the owner. He then confirmed the driver Janita, the General Manager was on her way. Still on the way and still waiting at 12.00 I continue to call with the same answers. Janita called at 12:20 confirming she would be here in 5-10 minutes. She arrived at 12:35 and when the owner of the practice tried to ask her a question, she put her hand up and said they had already talked to someone. It was very rude service and the Doctor stated he would like the money returned and we will never be using Moe's for any services. I have Called back the Catering line and talked to Dev 03/19/2026, she told me to call Saleem and then he corrected her and gave me Janita's number. I do not wish to talk to her again and neither does my boss.
