Today I was in ordering take out food. The line seemed very confused of who was ordering what. I had ordered a bowl of quest with a bag of chips. When it came, I questioned if that was a bowl that I had just paid for. No it was a cup! When I asked for more chips in the bag to go with my bowl of queso, the person gave my bag to the person behind me and then gave me a different bag with the same amount. Is Moe's cutting back on the amount of chips they serve with bowls of queso?
The same person last week had trouble on the cash register when I wanted to give him $20.24 for my $16.24 order. I asked him to wait a minute so I could give him the 24 cents. His reply was oh your going to get the change! I didn't want all, the coins! He clearly didn't understand and I got them all a yeah. Even when I slowly explained that I wanted the $4 change he had trouble understanding.
The restaurant also seemed extremely dirty today as the trash was piled high in the receptacles. I did notice a hiring sign in the window. I'm just wondering if these employees are getting the proper training?
