Moe's Southwest Grill employee

I'm truly not one to complain but felt I needed to on this. My mom & I visit this particular Moe's often as we shop close by. We have never had a problem here. We stopped in Sunday around 1:30pm. Upon entering we see one girl behind the counter on her cell phone giggling & smiling, she did say "welcome to moes with cell phone in ear. She got off after a good minute & said " sorry that was my boss". I order first, my usual, earmuff. Rice choice was asked I chose cilantro lime as always, the metal bin was about empty & she scraped out what she could. Next meat, chicken I said. This metal bin was about empty but she scraped out less than a spoonful of crumbs & I said that's it. She responded flustered & said she was the only one on the line & it was really busy right before us. There was 2other tables seated. She made the rest of my bowl & moved on to mom. Meanwhile there is a younger guy cleaning tables from the time we walked in. He was doing a nice job. Anyways mom said cilantro lime rice too but asked if there was more made as now the bin was really empty. She said I don't know I'll have to check. She checks & comes back saying it'll be few minutes yet as its cooking. She asked if she wanted to wait, mom said yes please. While waiting the girl asked what meat she would like. Mom said chicken too but proceeded to ask the girl about white & dark meat. She said "this is dark...empty bin, and this is white...completely full bin". Mom turns to me & says you usually get white meat. I agreed & said I know but was never asked or given the choice as I always have before. The girl said I'm doing my best for being alone. She asked if I wanted a new bowl made as she felt bad now. I said no thanks it will be just fine. Mom now asks for dark meat please but tells her the bin is empty is there more. She says let me check, goes in back for several minutes. We now see a young girl starring at us through kitchen door window. She now comes out & proceeds to cut up dark meat chicken that was fully cooked just sitting in a metal bin next to the grill. She's chopping & seems clearly perturbed. Several minutes go by as we sit there waiting for counter girl to come back out. She does not but boy cleaning tables stops & comes behind counter, washed his hands put gloves on & politely asks what we are waiting on. We tell him & now girl finally comes out from backearwater with rice crying, puts fresh rice down & goes back in kitchen again. The young guy finished our order. More people are coming in now & another young girl comes out to help. There are three people helping behind counter except our blonde girl who clearly was hiding outhe in thevery back. Funny how she said she was alone but now suddenly there's three working plus herself. We sat down finally & proceeded to eat. It was probably another good 10-15minutes before the girl finally came out of the kitchen. She did do some work but not serving people. Another younger girl employee had just came in for her shift now & went over to this girl to say hi & you can clearly hear her say "oh no what's the matter, what happened". She proceeds then to look over at my mom & I. We were never mean or rude to this girl. Just wanted fresh food like normal not crumbs on the bottom of the bins. We really asked nicely about it but clearly her feelings were hurt & she was offended. I believe her name was Megan. Young, skinny, white girl, really long blonde hair back in pony tail with Buffalo Bills Hoodie on. No name tag anywhere but another employee said her name. She did not interact with & just seemed like she didn't really care to be there. Customer service skills were terrible & if you're hurt & offended that easily what will happen when someone actually is mean or yells at her.

Moe's Southwest Grill food was awful. one of the servers not wearing gloves, one of them wearing a hoodie.

Visited the store before 15:00 on Saturday 02 NOV All the food in my chicken bowl was burnt, vegetables in the containers were not flesh. The place was not clean, all the tables were not leveled, all rocking.
The place looks disgusting, filthy no wonder there was no one coming to the store during our stay.
Please look into cleaning the store and improve the dress code of the employees, use of gloves, covering of hair (dreadlocks too).
I hope a health inspector will visit this store.
Will not be dining at this location anytime soon.

Moe's Southwest Grill store

I use to be the Manager at the High Point Commons location in Harrisburg, Pa when Kim and John Gadjo were the owners.

I went to this location today, Saturday 3 November at 12:45, there was one employee on the line, one on the register, the Manager was running around the store with gloves on, prepping food, wiping tables and then back in the back.

The trash was over flowing, the counters and salsa area were messy and needed wiped down very badly. There were flies all over the food line. Very gross.

I ordered a salad and had to use a spoon, because they didn't have forks?!?

I get that in the grand scheme of things it may not be a big deal... But as someone who was a former Manager and loves Moe's... This is totally embarrassing.

You need to send Secret Shoppers in and someone from Corporate to get this place together and to be somewhere people can come and enjoy again, or else the Panera and 5 Guys in the same complex will take ALL the business.

Moe's Southwest Grill the workers

The workers at this establishment are incredibly rude and I am never going back ever again. I do not get a lot of things on my burrito so I simply asked one of the workers to please add more rice. She gave me an attitude and started speaking a different language talking about me. Little does she know I know that language then she proceeded to follow me around the restaurant pointing at the camera where I was and continuing to talk about me to other workers and gave me stares. I am never going back this was the worst service I have ever received.

Moe's Southwest Grill whole building smells like gas

I work in the same building and came in this morning to the whole place reeking of gas... to the point it made me light headed and had a coughing fit almost immediately. When I went the other shops in the building they too were filled with gas. When I went to moes the employee told me they had left the pilot lights on all night. They didnt even let any of the other stores know. This isnt the first time they've been irresponsible about their work.

Moe's Southwest Grill service

Today (October 30, 2019) I have experienced the worst service. I had to get the attention of the worker no one was up front, So me and another customer had to wait on someone to come up front. I placed my order and asked the young lady not to put the burnt eggs in my food but she did with an attitude. After telling her to remove it, she completed my order I had to wait until she completed the next order before she rang up my order. Maybe she was having a rough morning but I will not be spending my money in your establishment any more.

Moe's Southwest Grill I was fired for no reason

Good morning,

My name is Hunter-Owen J. Sciarrino I started working at moes on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2019 and I worked there until Friday, October 25th, 2019. The night shift manager, Angel, reported to the assistant manager, Sandra, that I was being disrespectful toward her with no further explanation. I assume that she was talking about Friday when my girlfriend came in to pick me up, I went to buy food from my job and started tasting the different flavors on the Coca Cola machine. I had accidentally dropped some ice cubes after Angel, my manager, had just cleaned. I tried to clean it up and she kicked my girlfriend and I out. Angel also told me to come in today (October 27th) to cover my coworker, Gabe's shift at 11 or that if I wanted to come in at 10:30. This morning when I got there at 10:40, Sandra told me I was late by an hour and that Gabe's shift had started at 9. Angel deliberately gave me the wrong hours and then reported me as "disrespectful" when I did nothing to disrespect her. In fact after my shift I'm technically a customer and as a customer I would never disrespect an employee. This makes me feel as though Angel did this because I identify as a transgender male (female to male) and I had no disclosed this information until after I was hired as a crew member.

Moe's Southwest Grill burrito bowl

I came in for my birthday dinner on 10/29/2019, around 6pm. There were 3 people working at the time, and my husband and I were treated poorly. Which isn't the complaint I have, my burrito bowl had a piece of hair, which is disgusting enough but again I really wanted my food so I tried to finish it - then I ate a piece of plastic. I have complained to them in the past and they laughed at me and made fun of me, so I threw out my food and left... I would like a refund please, at the very least I would like my free birthday burrito coupon refunded.

Moe's Southwest Grill management

Every time I walk in there is one person working. She's very hardworking and does everything by herself even with a line to the door. The female assistant manager does nothing but sit in the back and I saw the general manager scraping chipotle ranch off of the silver counter in the back into a bottle. The management is terrible and disgusting. If anything they should make the female employer a manager. Maybe then this store wouldn't be going under

Moe's Southwest Grill service

I go to Moes quite often and this was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. It was around 6:30 and the Restaurant closes at 8 pm. Most of the tables were cleaned up and pushed to the side so there was not a lot of seating available. When I was going to order, I ordered nachos and got very few chips. When I asked to get rice the employee put barley any on my chips and when I asked for a little bit more considering I only get 3 things on my nachos she huffed and puffed with attitude. She then continued to put barley any meat on my nachos and I then asked a different employee to add a little more, again because I don't get much on my nachos and he said "That's really all you get?" So I said yes please add a little more meat and the same lady from the rice again, huffed and puffed because she had to add an extra scoop. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not be visiting this location again.

Moe's Southwest Grill salt - unsalted chips

On today, I went to Moe's to purchase a "Burrito Bowl" when I asked to get unsalted chips there was a problem. What is the deal with getting "Fresh" chips at this location?! The employees nor manager has any customer service skills!

I visit the Peachtree City location and you are able to ask for unsalted chips.

This location is unsatisfactory and does not represent Moe's!

It's unbelievable how some franchise can be a bad example of your experience!

Moe's Southwest Grill barbacoa braised shredded beef

I purchased this at my local Walmart because we love barbacoa and had heard good things about Moes. I prepared it as directed and the flavor was good but there was so much gristle and chewy fat pieces it made it all most impossible to eat. I have never had anything like it, it was horrible. I ended up throwing more out than we ate. I have to say that I would not try Moes brand again. Maybe you need to produce a better product. Thank you

Moe's Southwest Grill cleanliness and hygiene.

October 18, 2019 between seven and eight o'clock I am in line for my meal to be prepared the first person greeted me and started my meal which I have no complaints against but the second preparer and cashier need to be instructed on proper hygiene. The second preparer in the serving line was making a previous customers meal and never changed his gloves between making my meal and the previous meal where he was making a salad and had dressing all over his gloves. Then he asks me what I want on my meal and he uses the same dripping gloves to add the extras to my meal. He could tell I wasn't happy when he tells the cashier what I've ordered and calls it "Mr. Grumpy meal." Then the cashier not wearing any gloves prepares my plate with chips and never once washed his hands between handling the cash register and handling my food. Then I get to the dining area and the tables are dirty. I will not be returning to this restaurant as long as poor cleanliness and poor hygiene continues.

Moe's Southwest Grill burrito meal and attitude of staff

No Welcome to Moe's, sour faces, chicken all crumbs, put on half a spoonful and made to beg for more. Sour cream filled with different veggies and sauces So obviously not using a separate sanitary spoon. I have onion allergy and had an onion in my burrito. Tasted awful, chips overly salted, sweet tea was almost all water. Worse Moe's EVER! This is the 4th time we have come and the food and attitude has been the same. Will not be coming again.

Moe's Southwest Grill poor service

After ordering my food, two of the staff behind the counter began to complain how I order the same meal each time i visit. What truly offended me was how the staff voiced their complaints right in front of me with both Anger and disgust. Moe's is my favorite restaurant so I was really offended by this unnecessary situation. When the staff prepared my food they hesitated to serve me as though I wasn't welcome.

Moe's Southwest Grill bowl incorrect

I order food for my roommates and i off of the app and my bowl was messed up. There was no queso and they put sour cream on it.the receipt shows it correctly under the second item. I hate sour cream so i wouldn't eat it. My roommate also didn't receive sour cream in hers in the first order. The third order did not have guacamole on it which we paid extra for. The store was not busy when i picked up the order. I thought the app was supposed to enhance my experience but i will never use it again. I did not get what i want and i want my money back for the bowls and wrong Doug beef. Thank you.

Moe's Southwest Grill customer service/ product/ cleanliness of restaurant

Hello,
Today I was in ordering take out food. The line seemed very confused of who was ordering what. I had ordered a bowl of quest with a bag of chips. When it came, I questioned if that was a bowl that I had just paid for. No it was a cup! When I asked for more chips in the bag to go with my bowl of queso, the person gave my bag to the person behind me and then gave me a different bag with the same amount. Is Moe's cutting back on the amount of chips they serve with bowls of queso?
The same person last week had trouble on the cash register when I wanted to give him $20.24 for my $16.24 order. I asked him to wait a minute so I could give him the 24 cents. His reply was oh your going to get the change! I didn't want all, the coins! He clearly didn't understand and I got them all a yeah. Even when I slowly explained that I wanted the $4 change he had trouble understanding.
The restaurant also seemed extremely dirty today as the trash was piled high in the receptacles. I did notice a hiring sign in the window. I'm just wondering if these employees are getting the proper training?

Moe's Southwest Grill bowl

I stopped by the chipotle next to my office in Columbus, Ohio today for lunch. I ordered a bowl to go and when I arrived back at my office I took a bit only to realize the brown rice was incredibly undercooked. It was so undercooked to the point that I had to throw the entire bowl away and was left hungry for the remainder of the day. I have yet to experience something this awful.

Moe's Southwest Grill store

This location is not the cleanest. I wanted to sneak some pictures, but didn't have a chance. It smells like mop water, the salsa bar is always a mess, the chip station has an incredible amount of dust and build up on top. Spilled chips are even sitting behind it. I LOVE Moes and so does my family, but this place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Please let me know when this message is received and a plan of action.

Moe's Southwest Grill food

Went to moes in robinson pa today October 12, 2019, and was not greeted, then I ordered a wrong Doug, and they made it so messy. The guy was flinging food onto my tortilla and the little corn tortillas inside, then the worst part there was a mushroom in my queso and a bunch of little ones as if they used that cup for mushrooms prior, the queso tasted like mushrooms and we couldn't even eat it, the guy that rang me out was rolling his eyes like he didn't care about work, and because I took the food to go I didn't notice the mushrooms in the cup until we got home. I have NEVER had a bad experience there until today, but I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon that was awful and I wasted my money over the queso.
