I am having Mobily elife internet from last 01-year, now 06 month back I shifted to new flat, and I requested this box transfer as per their promise of first transfer free in any place in Saudi, however they have done yet. Once I called them, they said it's not possible due to Mobily line NA in my new AL Ajwad Area, so I requested them to cancel. For your info till now they had not cancelled line, and I am paying bills. Please help me to cancel this elife internet line.

You are caught up in a billing scam. Discontinue making the payments soonest since they charge for something they can’t offer. Go to any Mobily service center, provide your account details and request for termination of services in writing. Ensure you obtain written confirmation of the same from them otherwise let them know that you will submit a formal complaint against them to CITC (Communications and Information Technology Commission) which is responsible for regulating telecom providers, if not, it would be better if you communicated to Mobily that unless immediate cancellation is done from their end, higher legal measures shall be taken into account.
