My name is Mahammad Rafeek Abdulla. I have been using a Mobily WiFi connection for the past two years under Account No. 1001249800830080.
Approximately two months ago, I officially requested the cancellation of this service through Mobily customer care and the Mobily office. As instructed, I paid an amount of SAR 501, after which my outstanding balance was cleared and made zero.
After 10 days, I personally visited the Mobily office in Jubail to reconfirm the status. The Mobily representative confirmed that:
My due balance was zero, and
My Mobily WiFi service was fully disconnected.
However, last week, I unexpectedly received a new bill amounting to SAR 277.92, even though:
The WiFi service is not available, and
The connection was already disconnected and confirmed closed.
This billing is incorrect and unjustified. I kindly request you to investigate this issue immediately, cancel the wrongly generated bill, and ensure that no further charges are applied to my account.
