This stains my shirts like bleach! Every shirt I've worn with this is now stained around the arm pit area. What ingredient is causing this and why isn't there a warning on the label?

I had to switch to the men's from the women's unscented because the women's unscented formula was switched to smell like flowers. Now the men's I'm hearing also has switched. Not cool. I want my $200+ for the ruined tops please!

I have been using Mitchum womens spray deoderant for years & have never had any problems now for some reason it is so hard to spray even my husband struggles & sometimes it won’t press down at all it’s as though it’s closed I have to keep trying & manage to get it to spray a tiny bit out , I have taken at least 3 back to the shop & they have replaced them but I have bought more than three & tried to percivier with them because I like the product & the perfume (powder fresh) it’s not too over powering as I find a lot of them are . Please can you sort this out as I don’t want to have to look for anything else . I have tried the roll on one but that makes me sore .

This is the second aerosol where the button doesn’t depress properly. I can’t even press the button with both hands. I purchased this product from Morrisons online some while ago so no receipt or rough timeline. Would have been purchased as an offer(2 for £4). This brand is the best as far as I am concerned and I hate complaining but can’t afford not to. I have used the roll on and the stick and have never had issues with them.

For many years I have purchased the Mitchum push up roll on deodorant sticks as they are just great, however In the last 3 months 3 of them I have been unable to use as the container does not function and the sticks are not accessible.

Had it just been a one off I would not be bothered, but the sticks are not cheap and to have to throw out 3 in3 months is just not acceptable for me.

This product needs its packaging reviewed to meet customer usability standards and frankly to stop me wasting £3.99 a month on something that just has to go in the bin!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this product and it doesn't move when you turn the dial at the bottom meaning it doesn't move up. This product costs over R60 and it's a complete waste if it doesn't work the way it's supposed to.

I really do love the product but I think it's a defect of a batch perhaps as this has now happened twice. I bought this product twice, once from Clicks and once from Makro.

It's not a cheap product and when it doesn't work properly it seems almost a waste of money.

This is the second perspirant i have bought at clicks in mooiriver that does not work. The first one i had to use a spoon to remove the perspirant from the container and apply it in my underarms... Coz it was not working. I bought another one on monday it is also not working. This perspirant is very expensive so i expect nothing but quality.i bought both products from clicks in Mooiriver. Can't remember when I bought the first one, but it was towards the end of 2021,but the last one was bought on the 3rd of March 2022.i can look for the receipt in my bins not sure if i will be able to find it though

Hi, I bought this product yesterday and after using it today I realized that the can was just about empty so sprayed it again and it had all gone. Contacted Adsa about it as that's where I bought it from and they said that there's nothing they can do about it and to contact you directly as they can't refund the product and to be honest I just don't think they believe me that can came with hardly any deodorant in it and I don't see how this could have happened.

This is the 6th time I have brought a Mitchum deodorant that does not spray even though it is still full! I am so disappointed as I really like the deodorant (when it works) and it is a waste of money and resources for this issue to keep continuing!

This is the 3rd antiperspirant I have purchased that does not work.

It is a solid stick so you have the round twisty thing at the bottom to make the stick come up to be able to apply and it just doesn't move. The round thing moves but it does not allow the antiperspirant to move to be apply. Super disappointing as this is my families favorite for many reasons and due to the higher price on it I am not willing to continue to purchase it because of this reason

I have been using the Womens Mitchem unscented deodorant for as long as I can remember and have been very happy with it. I have just bought a new roll-on bottle only to find that the product now contains a parfum and does have a scent. Unfortunately, I really do not like the scent and so I can no longer use your deodorant and I will return it to the store. I will be looking for an alternative deodorant, unless you will be switching back to the fully unscented version. Please could you advise if you will be doing this and when. I buy this for my son as he thinks that this deodorant is the best he has tried and works really well. Even though it is dearer than other deodorants, I am totally fine with buying it as it does its job! Happy son, happy mum!

The reason I am emailing is that for easily, the last 6 or more cans that we have got have bought, have stopped working and they are not even have used. I have bought them from different places and tried different scents so I can't even say that it could be a certain batch.

At £3 and over a can they are definitely not the cheapest on the market, which is why it is even more maddening for this issue to keep happening.

I have taken the latest can back to the supermarket and they have said that I need to contact you direct. I have tried ringing but to no avail so I am now trying messaging.

I hope that you can see why I am quite annoyed at this problem that keeps happening. I look forwards to your response, thank you

I would like to bring to your attention the Unscented Mitchum Stick that has recently been in the stores at Clicks and Dischem, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Although the stick says unscented, recently, they have a fragrance. This has affected my arm quite badly and has caused rash and discomfort. I was extremely happy with the product before.

I have been using Mitchum for more than 10 years and it has been an effective deodorant for me. But the last two units that I have used seems to be defective products. It is all watery. A significant amount of a liquid, resembling water) drips from the top of the container as soon as the wheel is moved to apply the product and, after applied this liquid continue to drip all over my arm. It is terrible. I don’t have a replacement beans to use but if it continues I will have no option but to find another product.

Upon twisting the bottom of the deodorant the product does not raise, therefore is unusable. This is not the first time that this has happened with this same product.

I sent my complaint 2 weeks ago to Mitchum. Phyllis Hicks replied and sent me a voucher which is in sterling. I live in southern Ireland I cannot use sterling we use Euros.

Can you just send a replacement product this stage

Why is I have to throw away most bottles only half used because the spray stops working this is not a cheap deodorant and it works really well for me but throwing away half a can is not sitting well for me 1 it’s a waste of deodorant and my money 2 it is not good for the environment please advise I must have thrown away 20 half used bottles in the last couple of years

I writing to you to express my disappointment & anger !

I have been using your product for many years now & have always been more than satisfied. It was a roll on that I have used but thought I would have a change & this time I purchased a spray . It was a massive mistake to purchase a spray .

After one day of using the spray my bra , thermal T-shirt & new blouse were all badly stained, My bra ( M&S) & my blouse (NEXT ) were very only purchased in the pass few weeks .

I have never ever experienced a problem with your roll on deodorant.

Being a manager of a retail store I asked other female colleagues if they had experienced a problem like this from there deodorant, they all replied never !

I have purchased approximately half a dozen cans of mitchum mens 48hr triple defence deodorant in various shops and each one does the same thing. before you reach the end of the product the spray mechanism stops working so I’m left with half a can of deodorant I can’t use. This is so frustrating and such a waste of packaging and my money, I would like a refund on the wasted product. Would not buy this again!

I love Mitchum deodorant however the cans are terrible! I have multiple half used cans because they decide to stop working after a few uses. The spray on the cans just don’t work I can’t get spray to come out! Extremely frustrating as they are not cheap and I buy a new can only for it to stop spraying after a few days please fix your cans and I will be requesting a refund for all my half used cans

In the last year I've had at 3 least bottles of mitchum powder fresh female deodorant spray ,that just would not spray properly ! Obviousy this is some sort of flaw in the design ...I will not be buying it again
