Mister Car Wash review: World Worst Car Wash is Mr. Car Wash in Poinciana, Florida

Let me start by saying, I have a monthly membership of the second best level for both me and my wife's car. This is not the first complaint to management at the location, going all the way back to when the location name was "Top Dog". This location is in Poinciana, Fl, an outlier district of Kissimmee, Florida. In the almost 6 years I have been in Poinciana, I have used this car wash only because of convenience as well as the fact that I used to be a member at "Top Dog"(which became "Mister Car Wash" on Buenaventura, Kissimmee, FL., a few years prior. The location here in Poinciana is without a doubt the worst car wash I have ever experienced! Today I took my vehicle in and after 3 back to back to back washes, the bugs remain on both the windshield and the front of the car. I mentioned it to the workers who of course, played the blame game. "We been telling corporate so there's nothing that we can do". Mind you, when the location was named "Top Dog" a couple years back, they had soap buckets so that you could scrub for yourself and even the attendant would scrub front/rear windshields & front/rear bumpers. Now under the name "Mister Car Wash none of that exist. No soap buckets for the scrub area, no attendant pre-scrub as mentioned, no complimentary towels to use, no window cleaning spray, no smell good sprayers, no tire dressing brushes...none of that exist at a location that was supposed to be better with the new corporate takeover and renaming! Now, they just have the attendants lightly water spray the driver's side and sometimes the rear driver side as the conveyor begins to move your vehicle forward. This is inexcusable and totally unacceptable for customers who pay good money for memberships and washes. In other words we're pay for but not getting quality service. Many times over the years, I have complained to management at the location and have told them that I would cancel because the service has greatly declined and continues to get much worse! Most of the time the vacuum hoses are not working; For example, when you pull in to vacuum areas the left side may work, but not the right side or the dust tool doesn't work or the hose itself is missing on side or the crevice tool doesn't work or the face is missing from the hose etc...It's crazy and very frustrating to know that a car wash is more inconvenient, negating the convenience of using a drive through wash in the first place! Although when the location was "Top Dog" and they had some issues those issues were comparatively small as compared to the low level of quality service now! If there was a lower rating than 1, perhaps a (-5) would be accurate. I have been asked to "hang in there with us" too many times only to see service here never consistently improve. If anything, it continues to diminish! The workers there even seemed to be frustrated and saying that corporate doesn't care, which is painfully obvious!. My honest opinion is, if they are going to continue to take people's hard earned money, then give us the quality of service that comes with expectation of quality service when we pay! Either change and improve or leave our neighborhood! I feel robbed everytime I go here. As I mentioned, they only have my business based on being conveniently located. Beyond that, this is the worst car wash I have ever dealt with! That's saying a lot consider all the washes of all my vehicles. I wish there was a "TAKE 5" Car Wash in Poinciana! I use them whenever I go out of state or this area of Florida! There service is superior in every way, including the employee's attitude. That's probably because Take 5 empowers their employess by giving the proper services for good paying customers. They actually appreciate their customers! Mister Car Wash, in terms of quality products/services is about as far away from the likes of Take 5 Car Wash as the Moon is from the Sun! Until they improve, if ever...go elsewhere because you surely do not get what you pay for at this travesty of a car wash! Today after 3 failed washes, I felt like Ashton Kutcher was going to jump out and say "you've been punked"...overall rating is negative 5 (-5) out of 10! Change or leave! Legal petition is in order!
