NO STARS!

My BRAND NEW windshield wiper was BROKEN OFF and I was advised by Alia that I could get a few extra washes. She NEVER asked for my name or account number even after I mentioned it. My husband and I currently have monthly memberships and have for YEARS. I really like the location on 6 Mile by my home but now have to consider getting another company. My money and car are NEVER to be treated less than or uncared for. My car is BRAND NEW and I KNOW it happened in the wash! The manager seemed nice enough but now the headquarters is showing me I REALLY don't matter and neither does my car or membership. I've been trying to get this resolved for almost a week now to no avail. I didn't think I would be taken advantage of like this by this company but I am. WOW! Thanks for letting me know how valued, myself, my membership, my husbands memberships, and our vehicles ARE NOT! This is the worst accommodation EVER for a car that had 3 miles on it! I had my car LESS than a week, took it to the car wash to transfer my membership from my old lease and then THIS happened. OH, did I tell you? Alia said she knows how cars work and that this couldn't happen because she's worked there over 25 years. Oh! BUT, when I spoke to Mike on Livernois AND Anthony on 6 Mile who advised me materials do come off vehicles. Thanks Alia and Fast Splash for showing me your TRUE colors and how much your customers REALLY mean to you.

on Saturday, 10/8/22 at 5pm we went thru the wash as we had about 8-10 times before. But as the first brushes went down the sides of the car the passengers side was hitting the car and making a lot of noise. When we got to the exist and looked there was black marks down the side and dents in the chrome of the front door and both doors. There was black marks down the whole side of the car from the quarter panel to the front fender and even above the door on the roof. The manager on duty stated that was not the front car damaged that day and he rubbed the black off the side, and took photos.

The claims adjuster called today and stated that they were not paying for any damages because my car is over 7 years old. There is clearly damage from the wash and the manager admitted it and seen it.

I have a membership, and everytime I make it to the car wash no one is even there to assist me until I’ve waited 5 minutes and then there is barely any soap applied or air applied during the wash . The workers there are COMPLETELT unprofessional and I really wanna cancel my membership because this is ridiculous. They are constantly down and their needs to be new management ASAP
