Mister Car Wash review: Product/ service damage to vehicle from carwash

So, it all started 4 weeks ago when I went to Mr. Car Wash on Pine Island rd. and Chiquita, I bought a membership and went through their car wash with my 2008 Dodge Ram, came out only to find my factory antenna was ripped off. They found the antenna in the car wash and told me they wouldn't cover it! It was broken at the stud! Cost me over a $100.00 to have repaired! So now a couple of weeks later My bug guard which has been on my truck for over 8 years was ripped off with likely over 75 or more carwashes, So I replaced it the beginning of March, cost $110.00 and this bug guard was bolted down with steel fasteners not plastic! Now it's March 27th and I go to get my truck wash again and when I get home, I realize their carwash ripped off the new bug guard which was put on the beginning of March So had to order another one at $110.00 So now I'm out over $300.00
On my way over to cancel my membership and put in a claim! I would advise anyone to think very carefully before taking their vehicle through this car wash!
