The attendant was nasty and cussed at me. When my car came through the car wash it was still covered in bugs, road tar and tree pollen. I asked the same attendant if I could speak to a manager and was told they didn't have one on site. I wanted my $30 that I wasted back and was told to F%$K off! They even had the gaul to ask for a tip when they didn't even remotely clean my car. My windshield had something sprayed all over the inside that left a film causing me to use a razor blaze to remove the funk. What is wrong with people and their lack of caring about doing their job to the best of their abilities? Go to SUDZ in stead as it is two blocks down on Gessner at Longpoint, is about the same price and your car actually gets clean!

That is disrespectful and you did not deserve it. Call Mister Car Wash corporate customer service and report the location, date, time, and the attendant’s behavior, then request a refund of the $30. Also dispute the charge with your card as services not received. Take photos of the dirty car and the windshield film before you clean it again. And since you already found SUDZ nearby, give them your business and leave a factual review so others know where to go.
